These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the use of all Osel Services. If using Osel the user accepts these terms and shall be obliged to adhere to them.
Osel is a marketplace comprised of individual third-party sellers who run their own shops, create their own policies, and are responsible for their inventory, shipments, and complying with the law. We provide a venue, but Osel does not ship items on behalf of our sellers. The content uploaded on Osel’s marketplace is generated by independent sellers who are not employees, agents, or representatives of Osel. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights to their content and that they are not infringing or violating any third party’s rights by posting it.
Osel reserves the right to disable any listing, shop, or account that we believe violates our Terms of Use, Osel also reserves the right to take action against abusers of Osel’s Intellectual Property Policy or our Terms of Use.
Osel can’t speak on behalf of intellectual property owners, nor is Osel in a position to offer legal advice or make legal determinations whether a shop’s content infringes someone else’s intellectual property. Osel will remove material cited for alleged intellectual property infringement when provided with a proper notice.
Osel will automatically deduct all fees owed from your payment account. Provided you have sufficient funds in your payment account no further payment action is required. If your payment account does not contain sufficient funds you are responsible for paying any fees owed in full within 15 days or the account will be considered past due. If you make a sale while you have an outstanding balance the net sale amount will be applied to your outstanding balance. You may pay your outstanding balance manually by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Osel may suspend your selling privileges at any time pending payment of your outstanding balance
Types Of Fees
Osel enables sellers to accept various forms of payment in their local currencies while using Osel services. Sellers registered for Osel can accept payment by credit card, debit card, and E Osel Credit, PayPal, some bank transfer services, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
By selling on Osel, you agree to: Sellers are responsible for dispatching their sold items to buyers. If you’re using a delivery or fulfilment service, please keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for making sure that your buyers receive their orders.
Delivery services are provided by the applicable third party carrier, not Osel, and you are responsible to review, accept and abide by the carrier’s terms and conditions, including their privacy policy, in connection with your use of their services. Osel is not liable or responsible for any issues you may have with a carrier’s services and you should contact the applicable carrier as needed. In addition, Osel is not responsible for any issues you may encounter while items you dispatch using Postage Labels on Osel are in transit. That means that if an item is lost, damaged, or arrives later than expected, you will have no recourse against Osel regardless of Osel’s involvement in resolving the issue. Please review the applicable carrier’s terms and conditions for more information on how they handle parcels that are lost, damaged, or delayed..
Osel gladly accepts exchanges and cancellations if you Contact Osel within: 7 days of delivery
Despatch items back: within 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: Before items are despatched.
But please contact Osel if you have any problems with your order.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the items is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Osel cannot accept returns for:
Processing time: 1-2 days
The time required to prepare an order for despatchis 1-2 days, unless you specify otherwise in your processing time or agree to a different delivery period with the buyer.
The buyer will pay £2 for delivery
The buyer will pay international fees of 25 pounds for delivery.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Osel is not responsible for delays due to customs.
The small advertisement box £5 per month.
The larger advertisement box £10 per month.

If the server and Internet is down OSEL cannot be responsible for it, you need to contact OSEL and they will rectify the problem.
